Meet Digit,

A Mobile
Manipulation
Robot

At the center of our automation solution is Digit, the most advanced Mobile Manipulation Robot (MMR) on the market. Designed to navigate our world, Digit can walk into existing facilities and address the hardest-to-automate portions of your workflow. Digit is made for work, and its technology has been proven in real-world distribution, 3PL and manufacturing sites.

Key Benefits

Production-Ready

Digit provides a wide work envelope and payload ranges typical for warehousing and manufacturing operations. Digit is made to work in production environments, without requiring significant infrastructure changes.

Flexibility

Digit can handle multiple material movement operations and is adaptable to your demand fluctuations. Furthermore, acquisition through Robot as a Service (RaaS) or CapEx, will ensure Digit fits your needs while maximizing your return on investment.

Safety

Digit is built and deployed with safety in mind. Digit workcells are fully safe and built as per industry standards, and fully commissioned as part of the deployment process.

Optimized

Digit supports a wide variety of tote movement operations. Specialized end effectors, advanced perception and manipulation ensure Digit can efficiently handle your tote movement processes with minimal disruption.

Why the bipedal form factor?

Digit was designed for the realities of existing workspaces. Customers have designed facilities around people and how we walk, move, reach, and work. Our goal is to minimize the infrastructure changes needed to deploy our solution and focus on what your workers need. By leveraging a bipedal, dynamically stable design, Digit can operate in tight areas, reach out to similar heights as people can, walk up and down stairs, ramps, and elevators, and interact with the real world similar to a person (unlike conventional wheeled robots). This translates into ease of deployment and, ultimately, cost savings for our customers.

Notice Our Unique Leg Design?

Digit’s “backward” legs unlock the ability to maneuver in tight spaces and get closer to shelves, conveyors, and other infrastructure. The unique design also allows Digit to reach deeper and maintain an operational pick range from the floor all the way up to nearly 6 feet.
